（中央社記者唐雅陵聖保羅20日專電）國際貨幣基金西半球主管沃納今天發表評估報告指出，儘管巴西失業率高，2017年經濟應呈現正成長。
國際貨幣基金（IMF）西半球主管沃納（AlejandroWerner）在報告中表示，今年首季巴西國內生產毛額（GDP）持續下滑，但比預期幅度小，意味著2016年廣泛預測的衰退情況將沒有預期嚴重。
沃納還指出，巴西代理政府制定了逐步減少財政赤字的策略，明年預測赤字為巴西幣1390億元，試圖遏制他所謂的「中期支出無法承受的壓力。」
沃納表示，巴西政府提出的鞏固策略獲得市場認同，現在必須集中精力克服執行方面的挑戰。
IMF對巴西經濟已沒先前悲觀。昨天公布的另1份報告，IMF在連續5次下修後，首次改善對巴西今年GDP的預測，現在的預測是2016年巴西經濟緊縮3.3%；4月時預期下滑3.8%。
報告還指出，儘管英國公投脫離歐洲聯盟導致全球金融市場強勁波動，尤其影響股價和匯率，IMF預測拉丁美洲和加勒比海國家今年應緊縮0.4%，較上次預測惡化0.1個百分點。
IMF結論指出，雖然英國對拉美和加勒比海國家的直接貿易影響小（平均占1%外銷總額），但透過貿易和金融的相互聯繫，以及投資人情緒變化無常，拉美和加勒比海地區仍會受到世界其他國家經濟成長廣泛放緩影響。1050721
